Stephanie Tooby is driven by the opportunity to make a difference in peoples lives. Her background in domiciliary and disability support work has given her the skills to ensure she tailors each individuals care to their own needs, whilst building a strong rapport and trust with them along their journey.

She has experience supporting individuals with complex care needs and learning disabilities and multifactorial disabilities.

She has worked hard to achieve Dual Competencies to assist both Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy teams, merging the two to enhance rehabilitation and treatment, to achieve goals set by patients and their Therapists.

Stephanie has enjoyed working in all sectors such as Neuro-rehabilitation, Acute Medicine, Rapid Response Assessment, Community and Learning Disability.
