Dhanashree Borwankar graduated from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences(MUHS), in Mumbai with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, B.P.Th. She has since worked in Bombay Hospital and Medical Research Centre providing rehabilitation for a range of conditions in the acute sector.  There she has gained significant experience working with various rotational postings in the hospital, including stroke, spinal cord injury and neurosurgery. In addition to her hospital based caseload, Dhanashree also treated private patients in the community offering home visits.

After moving to the UK Dhanashree has worked in long term rehabilitation, supporting adults with complex rehabilitation needs in a care setting. Dhanashree brings wealth of experience to the MOTIONrehab team.
