Therapeutic Exercise Instructor

Lou Lowe is an experienced exercise instructor with more than 20 years working in the fitness industry.

She is a skilled group exercise instructor teaching many disciplines, including Pilates. She has completed her GP Exercise Referral qualification & branched out into the world of rehabilitation working with a variety of conditions & populations. Her particular interests are postural stability, balance & falls prevention. 

Lou is provides community visits in Harrogate and the surrounding area.
