MOTIONrehab® are able to provide Part 35 Expert Witness Reports for the Court on neurological physiotherapy and rehabilitation for clients in England and Wales. We have extensive experience at providing Quantum reports for paediatrics, adolescence and adults following Personal Injury or Medical Negligence.

Our team of Experts have all received training report writing to ensure they comply with CPR part 35 and regularly attend training to maintain CPD in the Medico-Legal Sector.

MOTIONrehab accepts Claimant, Defendant and Single Joint Instructions. On receipt of an instruction, we will forward the CV of the most appropriate Physiotherapist, our T & Cs, a timeframe for completion of the report as well as a cost budget as required by the Court. We are happy to send anonymised sample reports on request.
