MOTIONrehab featured in Yorkshire Community Business Magazine Topic UK celebrating the success of MOTIONrehab's launch.

Northern MAX, a three-month accelerator programme that launched in January with the aim of bringing together medical specialists to help local businesses to capitalise on the region’s market opportunities, is celebrating its latest success story.

The clinic is the first facility of its kind in the UK and uniquely, the centre uses robotic and virtual reality devices so that patients can practice repetitions of movement, which is critical to how positive their healing outcome is.

Ravinder Panesar, Digital Health Enterprise Advisor at DHEZ comments: “Helping businesses to realise their ambitions, while reinforcing the importance of using technology as a vehicle to innovate within the digital health sector, is why I’m so proud to be a part of this programme.”

Board Representative for City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, Clare Wilkinson, adds: “The council’s contribution of £3.5m of funding has helped people come together to develop digital health innovations, improving the lives of people living with long-term conditions.

“By creating relationships between students, researchers, businesses and health professionals, we have developed projects that change how health care is delivered in the future.”
