Join MOTIONrehab for a structured series of two-day CPD Introductory Bobath courses, designed to deepen your understanding of movement analysis in adults with neurological or neuromuscular dysfunction.
This modular programme supports clinicians looking to enhance observation, analysis, and facilitation skills, while strengthening clinical reasoning and evidence-based decision-making in everyday practice.
Course Dates
- Module 1: 25th–26th April 2026
- Module 2: 13th–14th June 2026
- Module 3: 11th–12th July 2026
Each module builds progressively, allowing participants to apply learning between courses and develop confidence over time.
Module 1 – Introduction to Movement Analysis
25th–26th April 2026
This introductory module lays the foundation for understanding movement analysis through the Bobath Concept.
Includes:
- A theoretical introduction to movement analysis
- Practical sessions to enhance observation, analysis, and facilitation skills
- A patient demonstration to bridge theory and clinical practice
Module 2 – Assessment & Treatment Framework
13th–14th June 2026
Course aims:
- Identify a framework for assessment and treatment of the acute and sub-acute neurological patient
- Develop skills of observation, analysis, and facilitation in a neurologically intact subject
- Link the evidence base directly to clinical practice

Module 3 – Established Movement Dysfunction
11th–12th July 2026
Course aims:
- Explore pathophysiology and its consequences for patients with established movement dysfunction
- Build upon participants’ ability to analyse posture and movement
- Strengthen links between evidence-based research and clinical application
