MOTIONrehab's Clinical Director, Sarah Daniel, has been invited to present the MOTIONrehab concept at the Yorkshire and Humber AHSN Health Innovation Exchange event which brings industry innovators and NHS stakeholders together to explore and discuss healthcare challenges.

The event on the 30th March 2021 will give health professionals, commissioning managers and digital leads the opportunity to discover work that is happening across the Yorkshire and Humber region on Innovation in Rehabilitation.

It will focus on innovation that can be applied to Musculoskeletal, Cardiac, Pulmonary, Stroke and Neurology.

Guest speakers also include:

  • Graham Walsh – Chief Clinical Information Officer/Knee surgeon – Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust
  • Dr Sally Fowler Davis – Associate Professor, Organisation in Health & Care – Research Portfolio Lead- Systems and Services- The Advanced Wellbeing and Research Centre.

Participants will be able to hear from over 15 companies, as well as take part in a discussion session about areas which could be readily adopted, what applications in a COVID world add most value and the barriers to innovation in rehabilitation.

The event will be an opportunity to create new networks and explore how to continue to progress work in rehabilitation across Yorkshire and the Humber.
