On Saturday 6th April MOTIONrehab's Neurological Physiotherapist Charlotte Foxton was invited to talk at the MS Society York District Research Talk and Afternoon Tea.

Charlotte spoke about the benefits of exercise which included a five minute practical exercise session to get everybody moving!

Charlotte’s talk was well received with a total of twenty eight people who commented twenty three people said the talk was ‘very good’  and five saying it was ‘good’ with one person saying they would have liked the session to have been longer.
