MOTIONrehab presenting ‘Getting the Right Therapy’ at Court of Protection Conference

On Wednesday 20th March the MOTIONrehab team was invited to speak about ‘Getting the Right Therapy’ at the Court of Protection Conference in Manchester.

Since its inception in 2007, the Court of Protection has made crucial decisions to try to protect the well-being of vulnerable individuals. In a rapidly-evolving legal environment, AvMA’s second annual Court of Protection conference examined the current state of litigation and the challenges and responsibilities facing those who work in this important area.

The audience included: Court of Protection specialists, including CoP lawyers and clinical negligence lawyers with an involvement with the CoP, professional deputies, private client experts, trustees and case managers.
