Neurological Physiotherapist
Rachael offers community visits around Harrogate and North Yorkshire. She is an experienced Physiotherapist and has a wide range of experience working with patients after stroke, acute medical illness and orthopaedic injuries. Rachael has a particular interest in Pliates and combines this with her physiotherapy approach. Rachael also has experience delivering intensive rehabilitation packages working in our robotic suite using the Tyromotion, Thera-trainer and muscle stimulation devices.

Matt Taylor
Technical Instructor
Matt completed a Bsc (Hons) in Physical Activity, Exercise and Health Sciences from Leeds Beckett University in 2001. Since completing this degree he has built up a wealth of experience working within the health and fitness industry. This includes running a successful exercise on referral scheme and teaching cardiac rehabilitation exercise classes in partnership with Harrogate District Hospital.
Matt has a special interest in rehabilitation through functional exercise working with clients with a range of neurological conditions such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinsons disease and stroke
